Purchased a B7500 Hydro this summer and so far so good. Am now considering buying a Curtis all angle blade. I understand that I will need a auxilliary cylinder that Curtis also offers. I am able to weld and fabricate so installing the blade and frame should be no problem. Looking for info on where and how to tap into hydrallics for the left and right blade function. Any help would be appreciated.

Jethro, do you have a 3 position or 4 position loader control valve?

Thanksfor the comeback. I believe you would call it a 4 position, It has left and right for the bucket dump function. Up and down for the loader arms. Also has a float position for grading.

O.K., when you dump the bucket does it have two positions? One is normal dump and if you push a litle harder to the right you will pass a detented position (which is regen). Or do you have just one position to the right for dump?

It has just 1 position to the right for dump.

Your going to have to install an aux valve so your power angle will work. You have the 3 position valve. If you had the 4 position valve you could use that for your power angle.

Run the power beyond hose (marked green) from the loader valve to the "in" port of the new aux valve, from the "out" port of the aux valve run a hose to the hyd block that the other end of the green hose is connected to now. Your basically just sticking the new valve in the center of the existing power beyond hose. Then plumb the power angle cylinders to the two ports of your new valve.

Thanks so much Kubmech for the input. Sounds like I'm good to go and will order my plow Monday. My son works for a Ford dealer who also is a dealer for Curtis Plows. I should be able to save some money on this deal. If you ever need any input on residential remodeling or consturction thats what I do. Jethro48@AOL.com Thanks Again
