Lets see your customized garden tractors! I would like to see y"all custom garden tractor to give me some ideas how to customize my cub cadet 127.

here is my toro , i got 22 dollars cash in the encloser...lol 3 shower curtains...made the cab out of old farm gates and apiece of sheet metal i had in the shop.very happy with the way the gathering box turned out. made spring pins to release and rehook the box from a handle in the cab. put a heater in the cab but it has to be really cold to use it. I'm on here to get some ideas myself.

It was amazing how well a heat gun and a Lil patients will draw up a shower curtain

I added a loader to an old sears GT 16 Garden Tractor that my dad bought me and my brother when I was 11. "I'm 25 now". It's my first loader and I've had a blast already with it moving firewood and junk around with it.

I now need to build a bucket for it.

pretty nice loader.my dad and i have made alot of attachments for toros and john deere tractors.forklifts, dirt buckets, post hole diggers.snowplows. I'm 47 and we build things every chance we get.

Thanks. I love to build things. I used some factory loader arms that a friend gave to me. I figured I could make them work on something.

The tag on the loader arms says "Pony loader" and I'm not sure but the date looks like 1950. The tag is kinda faded so I can't read it too good.

They worked out great though for the old sears garden tractor.

I plan to build a flatbed one of these days for my truck. My dad says, you can buy one and they'll install it for you without you having to do all that work making one and it just might be cheaper.

I grin, and say. Anybody can go out and buy one and have it installed. But where's the fun in that? lol I don't care about cost. It's not a chore to me to build these things and I want it customized to my liking.

And so what if it cost more than one pre made? I'm not worried about cost if I get to do something I love to do.

Here's a pic of my truck sitting in last years snow where it got stuck for about a week. Finally had to pull it out with my dads 70's Ford tow truck that's shown in the pic.

My dad gave me the 1992 Chevy Silverado truck on my 18th birthday and I love the thing. I'm gonna keep it going for as long as I can. If I have to throw a new transmission and motor in it one day I will.

It broke down on me in hatfield Arkansas on the way back to Kansas. The AC compressor seized and tore my belt up. But I can't complain to much.

That's only the second time it broke down on me since I've had it. I've had it for 7 almost 8 years.

I like the look of the bed. But it's just not wide enough to really haul much. And the side panels are broke anyway.

332 Custom Turbo'd, 430 rear end with 2 speed and diff lock

420 Repowered with 28hp Kohler Command EFI

My Dad has 3-212 and one 210 jd. All but one purses like a kitten. He is looking for a 318 to work with. He has most of the attachments, and has built many more for them.
