Like someone stated the Fine Tooth Plywood Blades (30 tooth +) are NOT for OSB or standard CDX type plywood they are finish grade plywood when making cabinets etc. The good ole 24 tooth carbide blades are fine for OSB just try and not FORCE the blade let it work for you not the other way around. Sharpen them too using a fine stone on a sharpener or a dremel tool with fine stone and steady hand works IF ya are good at that... I have been buying the CHEAP carbide blades and have had pretty good luck. 2 weeks ago I made hundreds of cuts in 3/4" OSB, I split 2 full sheets for Lumber Stickers (didnt want to cut up lumber and had some junky OSB left overs.) I split and stacked 3 sheets of OSB and then split them down to ~1.5" wide x 4'. the attached pic is about 1/3 of the stacks there now.
