Is there any maintanence that needs to be done on the 4 cv joints? I checked the owners manual for grease points and did not see anything. In addition, any maintanence for the rear suspension?

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the input radman. I search high and low for grease fittings.

If you've got a "D" model, and it sounds like you do, there is a traditional zerk on the top of each upper ball joint (I guess that's what they're called) for a total of four suspension-related zerks. One zerk for each corner of the machine. I'm not aware of anything CV joint specific. If you don't see the zerk on top of the ball joint, it may mean that it was torn-off due to debris, loose tire chains, etc. The front and rear differentials also take a special lube that is supposed to be changed-out after the first 1000 hours.

A Bobcat technician once warned me about over-lubing the ball joints. He gave each zerk one or two pumps of grease.
