So should I worry about the 2" drop in 4 hrs; Or is that normal too?

Sounds normal to me. I think my 3320 loader drops more than that in just a couple hours.

Thanks, here I was thinking I need to get the cylinders redone or worse that the hydro pump is going.

I once saw a chart that showed the maximum allowable leakage rates for the John Deere CX200/CX300 boom and the bucket cylinders and it was quite a bit, several inches per hour if I remember right. The chart is probably somewhere on the web.
