Price Check Dads' L3000DT

My dad passed away a couple of years ago and now we need to sell off some of his stuff. I am trying to find a fair price for this L3000DT Kubota tractor. I found a few on Tractor House but would like some opinions here. He bought it in 2003 but the serial seems it is a 2000 model which would make sense as it sat on the lot for a few years. It has a loader and blade on it. Roughly around 700 hours and he kept it in perfect clean shape.

We purchased that same exact tractor with 1000 hours two years ago for $9500 from a NH dealer.I would hope you could get at least that.Very nice tractor by the way,a real work horse.I would start asking $10,500 or $11,000.
Only difference is ours has AG(R1) tires.

I agree with nybirdman as that is one nice tractor . I would prefer the ag 1 tires but I'm sure you can find someone who doesn't care which .
