Blading just fine, and then it seemed too loose. Sway bar mount had "issue". Now the weld looked just fine but it lacked >any< penetration on the channel and the result was it tore the half the mount off. Now tearing the channel in two pieces is not a lightweight task. It also pulled the pin through shearing off the cotter.
Had to fab a new mount as the project couldn't wait for a trip to the dealer.
I'm suprised that the sway arms are holding up to this much force as they are fairly thin metal. Part of this is poor welding, but It brings me back to the point that the 4520 is outside CAT 1 HP range, and it can dish out more than many implements can take.
