Danuser DH-1 Driver

I have what I believe to be a Danuser DH-1 Post Driver. I need to replace the rubber wheel that raises the driver. Has anyone had to do this and what cost should I expect to pay? Also are there any Dansuer dealers in Kentucky?

Just a follow up, I did get in contact with Glen and he shipped me an new friction wheel and the shims that I needed. I've attached a photo of the old and new friction wheels, it was in dire need of replacing.. after 35 or 40 years! Very happy with Danuser, and if my Danuser digger ever breaks, I'd purchase another.
