Glad to hear you and the busted windshield got your differences worked out. There is such a thing a good karma, doncha think?

I wonder if insurance will cover a windshield that was hit by two gas cans.

The worst thing I ever "caught in the windshield" was a part of a brake drum that had come out from under a semi. He hit his brakes and here it came. I swerved and it hit dead center. Came all the way through the windshield and shattered the rear glass, put a huge hole in the utility bed, bounced back into the cab and slammed into the shifter. Landed at my feet.

Now...........do ya think I went straight home changed underwear......? Yep

My apprentice saw the truck later( I was on my way to pick him up). He just about fainted right there. It would have taken his head off at the shoulders.
The drum remnant had clipped off the air line, so the brakes locked up on the trailer of the semi. The driver had no choice but to stop.

Oh and I took the rest of the day off after delivering the truck to the glass shop /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
