Dash lights on theCK25

I saw this on the CK30's too. It does not light up when the PTO is on, I looked for a switch on both the CK30s and there wasn't any there for a light. It might be something that comes with the Mid PTO option. Im not sure. There is nothing wrong with yours though as all the ones we have don't light up either. Next time i talk to service i will try and remember to ask about this.

yoyo, it's possible that the dash was made rather generic, and that that light was never designed to be operational on the CK. Maybe you remember how sometimes on car dashes you'd see a spot where you could tell a guage or light could be put in the spot, and it looked rather like it should have something but didn't? After talking with my dealer about it, it seems this is probably what the case is, as it appears that the light doesn't light up on any of them.
That would explain why the instrument panel specs on Kioti's website don't include a PTO light also. John

I don't think everything is listed on the website specs. On my new CK30 dash there is a light for low coolant which is not listed. After the first day of use the coolant dropped just enough to light up. Pretty handy little light.

There is no way that should have happened. Did the dealer not fill the radiator? I hope you don't have a leak!
Do you have a PTO light on your dash? Does it light up? It should be the same as the CK25 dash. John

I think it may not have completely purge the radiator the first time it was filled. I topped it off with anitfreeze and it has not dropped since. Still think light that was a great idea.
Yep, it's got a PTO light and no, I cannot get it to light up. Even 540 RPM's as has been mentioned does not light it. I think you were right in the dash being a little generic.

I'm glad you didn't have another problem. Yes, it's a great idea and I'm surprised it's there. I was so interested in getting the pics done, that I forgot to check out the dash well. I'll do it next time I go out which may be tomorrow since my dealer says he just got a load of tractors in! Two CK30s included. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif John
