For many studies there seem to be counter studies with different results. Among all the ones about global warming, there's a news item out right now predicting a mini ice age in 15 years. There's also a study out indicating that I won't live to feel the cold.

They seem to be able to get studies to say whatever they want.
Just get enough done and chose the one that suits your needs.
The worst of it is that many if not most are government research grants.
One that always gets me (back in the 70/80's) was that we have a higher risk of cancer if your mother breast fed you.

Don't forget all the scientist predicting we would be in an ice age by now.
Did you know government research in the 70's found 13% of Sea Gulls are gay? Bet you did not know that valuable research information.
