Tool Cat 5600, LS XJ2025H, Branson 4215HC
Dug 7 holes and planted 6 black hills spruce and then just before the 7th tree to plant, the transmission died. No forward no back, no difference between 2WD & 4WD.

Tractor has nearly 18 hours on it.

Was not expecting a dead drive train with this many hours.

The tractor was not pushed beyond what it should be able to do.

Any ideas on getting the hydro to engage so I can get the tractor back to its shed or at least on my trailer so I can drop it off?

TIA

Thinking .... not sure what all our differences are. Only thing I can come up with at the moment is to give it until morning and try again just in case something overheated (which it shouldn't).

Check your hydro fluid just in case you have a leak somewhere and it went low. What about the other hydraulic functions?

I found out my big butt knocked the drive lever from 'L' to the neutral zone after a long day of manual labor.

Feeling very lucky to get the tractor up and running so fast.

Thanks for the help.

Kinda like on my L Kubota when wearing big jacket might slip over 3 point hitch lever and get caught standing up will lower it.

Don't you wish all problems were fixed that easily

Something very similar happened to my MT125H with less than 50 hours on it.

The roll pin on the HST pedal pivot / shaft fell out and I lost forward and reverse. I couldn't find the original part so I ended up installing an aftermarket pin that was approx the same diameter but longer. So far no more issues with the pin vibrating itself out.

Anyway, I hope your fix is that simple.
