Alright boys. The transaction has been completed! The bradco 509 is a beast! The tractor has been maintained well and has full documentation of fluid changes. The best thing is I had an older 14k trailer sitting and am selling that for $2000 to bring the total price down to $23,000. Beautiful..... Thanks for all the input.
