I bought my BX-2200 from Bob and he delivered it to my home in New Hampshire. I am very happy with the tractor and the service by Woodbury Tractor. When I had a problem with the fuel gauge Bob drove up to NH and fixed it; now it works great. When the tractor was delivered Bob was there a couple hours showing me how to operate the BX-2200.
My only personal experience with Chappell Tractor in Milford was their high prices (which they would not budge on).
The New Hampshire Kubota dealers seem to think they have a captive audience. Their high prices are all in the same ballpark with each other. They may act like they have a monopoly on Kubota tractors, but they don't.
I got a much better price and am continuing to get better service by dealing with Woodbury Tractor.
