I live by this saying, espcially in situations like this...

"It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt."

I will say I am a demanding customer if I am spending $20,800 hard earned dollars,its called customer service before and after the sale.This purchase is not like going to wal-mart or lowes dept store and spending $50 or $100 bucks.I expect folks making minium wage not to care much about the customer service.A tractor purchase to me is like buying a new car or truck,its a MAJOR purchase.As far a being a demanding person I would say I am as my Job requires it.I am incharge electric lineman and run a crew every day and can tell you this if myself or one of my crew members screws something up on a job we might not see our families that night.I feel little sympathy for folks who set in a heated or air conditioned office and say how rough they have it.I can tell you I have worked in about every weather condition the last 31 years and I guess it makes you a little less sympathic towards folks who don,t want to do there jobs.As this topic is concerened it can shut down at anytime sence folks are know taking cheap shots at each other.coobie
