I just purchased my first tractor, a 2500, from Triple DDD a few weeks ago. At the time, I needed a 3 point implement that could push dirt around and do some light digging. Sherri Weeks, the owner, suggested I try the dirt scoop attachment for my needs. The tractor, a 5 foot brush hog, and a dirt scoop were all delivered to my property within a couple of hours of purchase, FREE OF CHARGE. After using the dirt scoop, trying to use it forwards and backwards to dig, it really didn't do what I intended it to do. I called Sherri back yesterday and I asked her if I could exchange the dirt sccop with a grader blade or box blade. She took the dirt scoop back and exchanged it out for a 5 foot box blade, no questions asked. I believe the box blade with rippers costs more than the dirt scoop does and I was willing to pay the difference but instead, I was given an even exchange. I can't say enough good things about Triple DDD. They ARE willing to go the extra mile for their customers, and are always available if you need their services. My only regret is that I didn't buy the front load attachment, but I will go back to Triple DDD in the future to buy it, when funds become available.
