Those guys at the dealership were way out of line

My client advises all that if he took it you have to take it too.

Everyone line up for your treatment. I recommended that he use only OEM approved fluids to avoid nonsensical customer service and warranty complaints.

However he promises that he removed the bugs and trash from the oil.

He is entirely on his own from here.
