I brought my B7500 into the Kubota dealer (this dealer is the only dealer for Kubota that is near,) on May 20th. I told them I bought it used and the repair would most likely be a warranty job. I then asked if they wanted to work on it and when they could start. I was told they would like to do the job and would start on it the next day (May 21st,) if I brought it in.
On the 23rd I called and asked what they had found to be wrong. They didn't start working on it, told me that they would by the afternoon of the 24th, so I called right before they closed on the 24th. I was told they hadn't started on it, but I hadn't expected them to, I asked if I had brought my Kubota to the wrong place and was told no they were working on things in the order they came into the shop.
After thinking about the little bit I did get to use the B7500, and the rebates in place I decided over the weekend to ask about trading it in for a L3010hst, so I called the salesman yesterday the 28th and asked what they would do for a trade in. He said he would have to find out what the repair will cost first. So, here it is the evening of the 29th, and I haven't heard anything from either the service dept or the salesman.
OK, is this normal for a Kubota dealer? What should I do, just be patient?
