Even though you didn't by it from them, it isn't like you bought a new one at a competitor, so you shouldn't be ignored, you are a potential future customer. You should realize that the people who did buy there will get priority, but a phone call from the service manager would be expected if there was a delay in plans...No excuse for a salesman that didn't get back to you.
Something to remember, many Kubota dealers do not emphasize service, they just want to sell, sell, sell, and won't train, or hire, or maintain mechanics. Those of us who do emphasize service always read on here how ridiculous our purchase prices are because we have to spend money to offer service, and service is almost never important to a customer until they need it!
