Yep! That is why you have it fully on or fully off not in between. If it gets stuck in between something is wrong.......I hope this is not misleading!

yeah, I was just concerned that it wasn't returning to the off position all the way. If it is full on/off, then it doesn't matter as there isn't an in between. Thanks for the input.
