I don't know if they're endorsing the parts - exclusively - but they make them available on a part by part replacement of the Deere counterpart.

The last oil filter I bought for my 110 was a "Part's Country" filter. Little bigger in OD and more expensive. Probably go back to the JD next time.

Really? My experiences with "Parts Country" parts is you can get the same part cheaper... Last spring I needed a Cat1 toplink to hack up for my homebrew HTL project...one with a JD Part number was $80 bucks, part country version $18.00. It may only hold true for generic parts as thats all I've gotten thru Parts Country thus far. Another thing I've used Parts country for are iMatch bushings.. WAY cheaper then the JD Part Numbered one...you just gotta do a little homework.

I think all of the manufacturers are doing that. We've been selling parts for the deeres for a few years. We sell a lot of disc parts do to the prices when it comes time for rebuilds and we have done well with other parts for tractors and their implements.

It is all about making sales, and getting you in the door. The more you visit the dealers store the better their chances of selling a big ticket item. Steve

I'd say this is right on. Other brands are sold on the used site so if they can make money selling the parts to those tractors...
