Deere MX7

does anyone have one of these, are they any good. i found one for sale for $1500 (used) has some rust but looks good just wanted to know how they hold up. seem like a good deal as they cost a lot of $$$ new.

Yes, they hold up. They are Deere.

I have had a MX-6 for 7 years. Use w/ a JD 4710. Really like both. No complaints.

I played with an MX7 Monday at the dealership, I was looking at the various attachments with the general manager and commented that I thought it was to heavy for a 4720 cab tractor. He said to try it out and see what I thought, long and short of it it handled a lot better than I suspected. The 4720 cab had a 400CX though, and that makes a big difference too, but my 4520 cab with 420 lbs of front weight handles the MX6 very well.

If this MX7 is in good condition that is a good price too.
