Deere or Frontier? Advice from members appreciated...

I agree on Land Pride being a good brand, but they had/have a deal with Kubota. I have only seen them carried by dealers that have a Kubota connection since then, at least around here.

Noyhing wrong with that. Support multiple dealers, or multi lune dealers.

Never had landpride since they don't have any dealers around me but I hear nothing but good about them and judging by their website look good. I personally like woods as they have a lot of dealers around me and parts are easy to get. I think a lot of the frontier implements are made by them as well at a higher price and in green paint. Very heavy duty attachments imho.

I looked up Land Pride website. Their stuff is made in the USA, which is important to me when there is a choice.

I didn't mean it as a negative, the comment was that a "Deere dealer should be able to quote" one. I don't think they can unless there isn't a Kubota dealer close by, or they carry Kubota. Or at least usually if a dealer takes on a line they are given an area without another dealer having the same line. I didn't mean anything negative about any of the brands brought up.

I've a Frontier back blade. Has worked well. No rust. Think it's about 5 to 7 years old. Use it mainly for moving snow.
