You would be better off fabricating your parts from a flat plate and have bends put in where you need them. You have your drawings already that's half the battle. Talk to a local fab shop with CNC plasma and a brake press about your design and they will tell you what can and won't work. Your holes look far enough away from the bends but you need to confirm with the fab shop.
