Nice machine - you'll enjoy. Looking at the pic of your grill with all the grass / dust - just a quick tip.

I clean mine off regularly, but forgot to check the screen that hangs between the Rad and Trans Cooler. At the end of mowing in 90F weather got an error code. Something like "tempfil" or close to that. Temp gauge was close to the red. Shut down the tractor and cleaned the screen as well as the grill and no more problem.

Thanks for the tip, I'll make sure and check it.

You're 15? Man when I was 15 I wasn't thinking about tractors!

I've been thinkin about them since i was 13 when i bought my first implement. Now im planning on selling my 2 tractors to upgrade to either a 30hp tractor or a 45-60hp skidsteer. I am kinda leaning on the skidsteer since I can get so much done with one in only a few hours. I also want to do some landscaping in my mom's yard so I really need something that can move a lot of dirt fast. Who knows, I might even make a small pond some day if i got a skidsteer.:D

Sounds like a good plan! Are you working part time to earn money for them?

Johndeere3720 In my opinion I would go with the 30hp tractor over the skid steer. Skid steers are great for digging and working in tight spaces. But with the tractor you get a lot more options for attachments. Of coarse this is just my opinion but I have a Case 1840 skid steer, Kubota B2100, John Deere 3720 with cab, both tractors have loaders. Unless I am doing major excavating I end up using a tractor because you have the loader on the front and a blade or rake on the 3ph.

The thing about getting a skidsteer is that where we live, our property is about 90% woods and needs to be cleared. we have tons of trees to cut down and tons of stumps to dig out. I also want to do some landscaping in the yard and maybe some day dig a small pond. Today, i was looking online at skidsteers and my grandpa happend to like some of the ones i liked and said that if i could find him a good deal, I could buy his skidsteer and be able to keep my Yanmar. It is a possibility but i need to get the $$$$ first.:)

A skidsteer would work good for all that clearing. You might even want to look into getting a pair of steal tracks they give you great traction when trying to dig. Good luck with buying you're grandfather's.
