How well do Demco EZ-Latch trailer coupler work? We rented a Uhaul trailer for a day use and it had one and it seemed nice.

Never been overly fond of any bolt on receiver when it comes to a trailer tongue but then I do own a welding and fab shop so everything gets welded here. Always have had a not so fuzzy feeling about bolt on stuff like that.

I’m not to concerned about the attachment method as they make both bolt and weld on versions.

However, I’d like to hear about how well the latching mechanism works.

Very smooth and easy to use. Trailer is only a year old but much better than standard latch so far.
