White smoke from the exhaust pipe is usually due to,
too much fuel or water being burned.
I don't understand why your fuel tank would be under so much pressure
Have you checked your coolant for oil contamination,
you may also have a cracked head, block or head gasket.
The fuel return line "may" be pressurizing your tank...
