I would push the selling dealer to work on a resolution. They made the money on it so they should put in the effort to get it resolved. They can coordinate with the local dealer to get it fixed.

I know that my wife takes parts off new equipment to make the customer happy If its gonna be awhile to get a replacement part..

The selling dealer hasn’t been much help up to this point in time. I plan on calling them tomorrow to determine how I’m going to proceed. Hopefully I don’t have to burn time in the legal system as I would rather come to a resolution with the selling dealer.

Not sure which one is worse but I壇 rather deal with fuel lines as I have the consumables to replace fuel lines. This molded plastic tank is a whole different story.

Is the selling dealer in the same state as you are? Sometimes a state's AG's office will help on these types of issues but leave that as a last resort. First, put pressure on the selling dealer.
