Re: Did I miss Kubota\'s Christmas Mailing List?
Just a followup to this thread- I confirmed that the Kubot rep. that administers the Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire was indeed made aware of my not being invited to participate... This person is not a Customer Service Rep, but rather a high level Staff person that I had spoken to when this all started. The Customer Satisfaction folks report to him.
I can only assume he has been aware all along and has hoped that I would just drop the issue.
It's easy to get high Customer Satisfaction ratings when you can weed out the known poor responses in advance.
I have followed up with the B. B. B., and as suggested, they sent the complaint to the Dealer, but they can't really act on it. Looking at the Dealers response to the complaint, I can see why Kubota might think I'm just a bad apple. Unfortunately the dealer's portrail of the circumstances was false, and again, unfortunately, Kubota has chosen not to attempt to substantiate my claim. Maybe they view me as a lost customer, and the dealer as part of their distribution network for many units? Makes business sense to me...
I have also tried to contact Kubota Corporation in Japan, but I have not gotten the correct offices - yet (I'm sure my wife will love my phone bill).
For now, I just park my Kubota in plain view when I can, and invite my friends and neighbors to "TALK KUBOTA" with me.
