for me, it's simple.... I alwas turn the tractor off unless I'm just opening/shutting a gate... I've discovered that what I think will take just a second always takes longer... and I don't want to waste diesel. What helps me most is Pat's Easy Change System.... shortens and easyfies (I been listening to the Pres too long:)) hooking up implements.
