I do try to do that, usually it's a combination of Greek nonfat yogurt topped with blueberries or unsweetened raspberries and a pair of toasted whole wheat bread slices topped with peanut butter. It has been at least 6 years since I have visited a fast food restaurant to partake of one of their fat-laden breakfast sandwiches, and I try to limit the traditional bacon-and-eggs morning meal to once or twice a week. Problem is, I simply CRAVE bacon every morning.
