That sounds healthy to me. My morning meal is 2-3 (depending on size) free range eggs fresh from the chicken, fried in bacon fat along with 3-4 thick slices of bacon(sometimes 2 sausage patties) and homemade biscuits with real butter on them. Sometimes I will make a side order of grits or hash brown potatoes and always at least an 8 oz glass of orange juice and 2 large mugs of coffee. Then I am good with just a sandwich for lunch and whatever the wife decides to cook for dinner.Let's see...
One egg over hard, hash browns, chicken fried steak, gravy, toast, and two cups of coffee...
Yep - pretty healthy if you ask me! Only food group missing was chocolate!
