Here is two Australian places that carry them.
2 Wheel Tractors Archives | *Mirco Bros Machinery, Australia*Mirco Bros Machinery, Australia These people are in Sydney, NSW and Perth, WA
BCS/Pasquali Two Wheel Tractors | Vin Rowe Farm Machinery These people are in Warragul, VIC

There are three brands(BCS, Ferrari, Pasquali) that are exactly the same except for colors and model numbers. Here are their websites.
Ferrari. Two-wheel tractors
Pasquali Two-wheel tractors
BCS Two-wheel tractors

I knew of Vin Rowe but I hadn't heard of the other mob. If I'm ever down Warragul way I want to stop and have a look at thier attatchments.

Hi! I think Your tractor has no differential and you dont need. When you squeeze one hand lever you free this wheel no power on and you can turn very thigh and easy act as steering clutch some have brake .
This system very good better than differential for turn With differential we have always power on two wheels and if we brake one wheel we lost some energy in shoe pad and the other wheel must turn more fast more speed when we turn. Not very good.
So For working steering clutch are better for turn. But for run or drive at high speed on road I dont know be careful. If you squeeze the left and the right hand lever in same time the tractor must stop.
Good luck ! Oldmech

Your walking tractor is same as the BCS 740 but with the diesel engine. BCS owns Ferrari tractor and builds green colored units to market in some parts of the world and blue colored unit sold as BCS models and yellow colored unit sold a Pasqualli models mostly in Spain. For this reason many of the common attachments are now gray in color and come with three decals to each brand of tractor. Your tractor has a differential. The red handle on the right hand handlebar locks the differential when pulled back and runs with an open differential with handle in the forward position
I am happy to know that Ferrari tractors are sold in Australia as I have inquires asking me to ship a BCS to your country. They can apparently purchase nearly the same machine but painted green there.
