Oil & Fuel diesel fumes/yuk

My wife doesn't like the smell and all but a little sniff me to. There is no play time until clean up, not even hugs. I have a high stack on mine.

Question for you...how do you post those url's and name them...which one do you choose to do it. I use the "insert Link" but there is no secondary screen to name the url (for me anyway) that comes up like on the old system?

Geez, at my house the smell of burnt diesel is an approdisiac. Admittedy, the Bride (an old farm girl from a previous marriage with a trucker Daddy) is probably a touch off typical on this matter.

Guess I should go give here a hug!

Hey neighbor, I assume you're talking about the link in my signiture: It copied over from the old system. I have no idea how to do it from scratch now. Sorry. ... I am hoping to link to something within a post sometime that is so long that MikePA will be forced to instruct me how to do a short version. If it requires coding any HTML crap, it'll never happen!

Am I the only one that about gags when you get to enjoy diesel fumes in your face for a few hours. I didn't mind so much at first but I must be getting more sensitive to it. Maybe I need a tall stack. That will look a little silly on a BX.

Actually.. I find the smell of burnt diesel a bit of a turn on. Now gas fumes? that's 100% different.. yuk!

I'm surprised your op platform is in a place that yuo can smell the stack?

I can't even get a hint of fumes from my diesels.. the stacks are tall and the flair points out away from me.

Can you install a flair pointing away from you? ( if you don't already have one? ).

How about positng a pic of tyour current setup.

Ooh I just realized a few more features I hadn't before LOL.

If you go to your user control panel (The User CP link at the upper left), then go to Edit Options you can set all kinds of options, like having the threads sorted latest first, enter your time zone, and also select an ehanced interface for your posts editor which gives you all the quick easy to use buttons for most of these features.

When I was a kid I remember gas having a richer fuller smell and have wondered if the modern formulations lost some of that dare I say, sensuality. Also have seen some of the gas-cracker theorists for increased milage (was that english?) claim this is why they don't get the results they think they should.

Have you tried Power Service or some other brand Diesel Fuel Additive? I read somewhere that DFA (unspecified brand) tested very effective in reducing visible smog due to to more complete combustion. This might help in your case.
