George, you have marked that you have between 11 and twenty acres so before I'd tell you which one would be the best value for you I'd wonder about other uses!
Other then the driveway listed which they both use good snowblowers with that could handle your driveway, the 3030 can take a wider blower to cut your snow removal time I'd also wonder about mowing!!!
The 3030 will handle a 5' brush hog far better then trying to put one on the 2920. The 3030 is a longer and heavier chassis then the 2920 so in as much it's a plus for the 5' brush hog it also would be a minus for manuverablility for running a 60" finish mower vs the 2920. To mow with a 72" finish mower would put a plus to the 3030 again!
The factory cab on a 3030 I would consider it part of the tractor. The aftermarket add on like sims or curtis cabs would be a half day removal with some assistance.
