Difference between Iseki e3ce and e3cd Engine?

My block is cracked, and I found this engine as a replacement I believe the lower end is all the same and I could bolt my head and turbo on it? I would like to be sure before i put money out but i cannot find any definitive answers, anyone on here familiar with the two engine models I referenced?
