You CAN find full synthetic a little cheaper than that. My latest car, 2009 Cadillac, requires synthetic (it has a Mobil 1 emblem on the filler cap) and I almost choked when I used a $30 OFF coupon from the selling dealer. Previously they charged me $39 for an oil change (7.5 quarts plus filter) on my 2000 which used regular oil. I gave then the $30 coupon and was told that the balance was $55. After that I went to Walmart and bought 2 5-qt Mobil 1 jugs for $21 each figuring I would get 2 oil changes for $42. I think it went up a couple dollars now but is still much cheaper than Drive System Fluid Plus. I haven't gotten up the courage yet to try something else. I found if I jack up the front of the tractor and replace the filter really fast I lose about a pint of oil.
