Dirt Scoop

   / Dirt Scoop #12
You are limited by how far the 3ph arms will go down. On my jd 850 I actually took the lift arms off and moved them up a few cogs. With the tilt of the bucket I bet I was 18-24" down. I could have gone deeper with further adjusting of the 3ph. It also helps to do a little tip in addition to tilt to catch the lip of the scoop. Since, it does not have downward pressure it can be difficult to catch the lip. Once you do and have good traction it is going deep.
