Scratches and dents will happen eventually on a working machine. At 13 hours it hurts more. Look on the bright side. after you have finished all the rough work with this tractor you can buy a new one to just sit on and sip a beverage while you cruise around your perfectly manicured grounds.

Amen....I can't wait for that day. Seriously.

I hope this is dirty enough.

There had been heavy rain for a few days and we (Mrs and I) were planting a row of trees.

I had a very full, heavy, bucket of water logged dirt when I forgot about the recently laid underground power line.

The backfill in the trench was just slop and I sunk one side to the axles almost instantly, I was well and truly stuck.
It was fun.

My attempts at getting it out with FWA and diff lock just dug it in deeper, the BIL came around with his Ford 4000 and pulled it out no problem.

Fun is when you have your tractor bogged, your father in laws bogged trying to pull your out and he is out of town and you have to call for another friend. That is why there are long chains and cables.

As to the dents, just remember the reason for them. Sort of helps.
