Disappointed with Tractor Buying tips on RFDTV

I am still amazed that it takes 70 hp to run a 24 inch post hole auger

Lmao boy where do they find these idiots LOL........ 70 hp to run a 24 inch auger.... Dang how did we farm all these years with a 24 inch auger on our Ford 2600 Diesel and Even had it on the old 8n at one time , theirs about 15 ponys on our 8n , on a good day that is . Rebuilding the engine in it this spring its been sick for along time ...... 70 hp LOL must be getting like the Garden tractors and riding mowers HP sells ,,

Will, you are so accurate in that statement! The worst show on RFDTV is better than most shows on the big networks. At least I didn't have to explain "adult issues" to my children after watching a show on RFDTV.

After reading most of these comments, I realize that I was expecting something different, maybe like John Deere day. We used to get a day off at school to attend these and it was just short of heaven, a day off school and get to spend it around new machinery. I'm glad that JD sent some money in RFDTV's direction, maybe they will get some more tractor related shows and eliminate some of the horse shows with heavy accents. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

CCI, it was never mentioned either that the 2210 can not even be ordered with rear remotes, nor are they available as a dealer installed option. The only time I saw a 2210 was on the mini commercial that was embedded in a segment where some lady was telling us how many sheep could be raised on an acre of pasture. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

If you're talking about Clinton Anderson he's the best of them out there. He's about the only one that is more substance that fluff. One of the only ones that I've met that is a nice guy in person too.

The horse programs are what made rfd-tv and Clinton Anderson in particular. Nobody even knew what rfd-tv was before him.

Face it, the Horse industry spends the most money on RFD-TV so they will get the most programming. Most of us men like Horse Power and the women in the family like Horses but as for me I like Ben Franklins. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif So when I get too much of the horse programming I visit my friends on TBN.

Your right about woman out numbering men with horses. It gets tuff having all those woman come to my house, did I say house?, gee I meant horse stable, to give them lessons, riding lessons that is /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif any way, somebody has to do it /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
