I'm a dealer for Dish Network.
When you can check the label on your LNB. If it is a twin (one big with two eyes) and has the number CCS9601 Lot G27 it could be bad. Dish actually released a notice about this batch having problems. I have ran accross several that have lost a few channels, but still had good signal on the corresponding transponders. Put up a new LNBF and problem fixed.
