Walmart and TSC will accept waste fuel and oil. For 55 gallons, I would call one or the other first, before hauling it to the store.

I presume the collected product is either refined again or sold as ship bunker fuel.

Doesn't the blue of the drum indicate kerosene? Of course, it may not be the original contents.
