DIY Tire foam sealant kits...

Can anybody recommend a tire foam sealant kit they've had a positive experience with?

I have a garden hose cart with el cheapo chinese wheels, inner tubes and rubber. The tire rubber is starting to disintegrate in the sunlight and the inner tubes won't hold air. I don't want to waste any more money on inner tubes.

I would never use these tire foam kits on a vehicle I care about as the foam destroys the wheel. My past experience trying one of these kits on an old bicycle wheel many years ago was a half filled tire with foam that never really expanded and left a gooey mess.

I used a can of Fix A Flat on my Mexican dump truck tire 7 or so years ago and it still holds fine.
I've also used Green Slime in the tires of old work tractor that I just sold.

Measure the axle diameter. Measure the tire outside diameter. See if Harbor Freight has something that will fit. They may even have something in hard rubber or tubeless.
