I do need to get pictures up
I put 2 gallons of 80 - 90 w gear oil it is above the sight glass the book says it needs 2.2 gallons, maybe it just needs to settle in?

A number of previous posters recommended inverting the FEL and raising the wheels off the ground, then spinning (manually) the wheels to help settle the fluid. Hopefully you can add more after following this procedure.
