Kioti DK55C
I am interested in what or if anyone here has experience with these? Most of the posts here are on the smaller units. I have a DK 55c and am considering moving up if there are some deals next year. Anyone have a feel for the value of or interest in a pre-owned DK 55c with 250 hours?

This fall I checked pricing on a DK 70 and dk90, and was very surprised to find out that you could actually get a JD 5101E for less. You might want to expand your search into other brands as well. I have a kioti and am very happy with it, but if I was going into the top end of the utility size I'd really have to consider more traditional brands due to resale, available features, options, and dealer support.

I probably should. It's strange the Deere dealer closest to me closed or moved(I can figure out which) but the Kioti / Massey dealer seems to be going strong. I'd probably try and deal with him if I could, I'm comfortable with the Kiotis but not so much with the Masseys and he doesn't carry the bigger Masseys - 5000 series and up. In fact, I'm not sure he's doing that well with the Masseys compared to the Kiotis. I've alway felt Deere was the best.

Not sure what other opinions are on this :) but when I want a farm tractor I need something that has some weight. My IH 1066 (145 pto hp) weighs over 7 ton and is a pulling machine. If you compare the Kioti 70 and 90 with a JD of comparable hp I think we know who the "weight king" would be. Yes, I know that's not the only thing to consider but if the 70's and 90's are built like my 45 then they are decent machines.
