Tractor
Kioti DK55C
My dealer got his first DK 90 in on Friday. Did a brief walk around -- a big machine. Anyone priced these yet? He hadn't got his invoice yet but thought $40K+-.

Manufacturer's list is $47,950.00 w/ ag tires. There would potentially be back freight, assembly and battery depending on how dealer received it.

Fantastic tractor.....:)

Tech at my shop just got back from the factory in NC for training and said they had one for them to work with. He said it was very nice and impressive. Old school technology as far as the new "big" tractors go but good in the idea that nothing should break.

Care to give a little bit of a review since for the life of me I can't find a review or any real user info other than what's on Kioti's website.

Any aftermarket loaders, such as Woods, or Bushhog fit it?

I'd check with that brand that starts with a "W", the name escapes me now but he post here frequently.

Is it the Wendaldorf brand? or something like that?

Uh, it's Westendorf.

In the past it has taken the aftermarket companies at least 6 months to catch up making a loader and almost twice that for backhoe subframes.

Thought I'd share . . .

Cool mark.r! It doesn't look like a stripped down basic tractor to me! It looks like a pretty loaded utility tractor. About the only thing that made me giggle was when I read "A flip up PTO guard protects the PTO when not in use." What's with that? After all of the other great things on the tractor that is sort of like saying that 'ya know, your new Lexus has a rear view mirror as a standard feature'. :D

Since the last tractor I bought was in that same size and HP range, I wish Kioti had that tractor out a couple of years ago so I could have checked it out. Looks sweet!

Third paragraph from the end, last sentence, other options.....a cooler. Wish they had that option on the 45, o well, guess its still ice and a lunch bucket for me.

They are not trying to sell it as a bargin tractor!!
Of course they are, it's not green or blue or the other orange. No, but honestly, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that the newer models offer so i can see where 49k might be a tad on the high side. My dealer's mechanic recently got back from their tech school in NC and he said it is very nice. It has good solid technology on it but technology that would be considered older by the new standards.
