Thanks to this thread, I solved a very similar problem with my DS4510. I purchased it in the spring and the seller said the ignition switch was acting up and that the battery was about 5 years old (original battery). About every fifth or so start it would click then start. I figured it was the old battery and replaced it yet the issue continued. Bought a new ignition switch and installed it. I then disassembled the "old" switch to identify the problem. It was shiny new and greasy inside. The ignition switch was not the problem nor was the battery. Based on this thread I purchased the 5 relays and wallah!! Problem solved, it was the relay the whole time.
Thanks again - wished I hadn't wasted the $110 on a new switch, but I might need it someday.
Hang on to it, they do wear out. although it seems the replacements might be better than the original ones. Or your tractor is new enough to have gotten a redesigned one to begin with. The relay thing seems to persist. Although it is the absolute easiest thing to fix. It should be first try for every no crank problem. Way easier and less expensive than replacing a battery.
