I bought my tractor based on feedback of others and my mechanical experience (see profile) tells me I wont likely need alot of warranty work. I didn't have the option of buying out of state and I didn't want to buy a trailer to haul it, and the Tractorgal was within 80 miles of destination concerning delivery.
I have a soft spot for eager upstarts, having been in their shoes myself.
I see your possible point about service if something happens, but I haven't seen any evidence my dealer couldn't resolve a problem.
I also have seen established business disappear overnight (Frederick & Nelson, Nordstrom's just a few) and small business even more vulnerable---what if the owner dies God forbid? Likely the employees couldn't fund the place.
So I took my chances and so far so good.
Your new Kioti will serve you well like a faithful Continental Soldier. LOL Happy tractoring!!
