WD40 on all the link connections under the platform that connects the pedals to the transmission. There are no greese fittings. I had regularly had this problem after letting the tractor sit for weeks and when snow got into the linkage. After 3 or 4 rounds of spraying WD40 and working the pedals a lot over several days I haven't had the problem since.
My 2008 CK35 has been doing that for awhile now, I've lubed it with several products including white grease and it's still acting up. So I don't know what the problem is. My dealer closed up shop a few years ago and the nearest place is a long ways away. So I don't know what to do about it.
I had a CK30 with similar issues, dealer said it was a common problem. He said that the clearance between the pedal shaft and the case is too small to accept grease, gets slightly rusty and binds. His fix is to pull the shaft, ream out the case a few thousands, grease shaft and case. He claims he has done several and it has solved the problem. Maybe your CK35 has the same issue. I have no idea what is involved in pulling the shaft to ream the case.My 2008 CK35 has been doing that for awhile now, I've lubed it with several products including white grease and it's still acting up.
