The good advice keeps coming! Thanks guys!
Disregard the quote, hit wrong button. What brand is the thumb and where does the hydraulics come from.

According to the first pic you posted the tube for the indicator rod is on upside down.

It's a Michigan Iron Equipment thumb, my Kioti dealer ran all the hydraulics. It's a pretty slick unit but draws all of the hydro power on the hoe when it's clamping.

I was running the BH at 2500 rpm, and had it set around 1800-2000 when transporting/loader work. Should I keep it at 2500 for all tasks?

I've already learned from the loose nuts and one lost bolt that I'll be performing re-torquing frequently lol. Guess that';s why the delivery man told me the tool box was to keep my wrenches handy.

Any time I am going from point A to B on a smooth surface I am at max RPM. My driveway is 28 degrees, and the Dk climbs it in Medium Range @ 2500 RPM with zero issues, pedal all the way down and locked in Cruise Control Mode. In High Range it won't budge at all on that slope.

I watch the RPM drop and try to keep it at no more than around 300 rpm drop on my DK 45 HST, on my NH TN55 gear I will let the RPM drop a 1000 rpm when running up a hill on the road (max torque around 1400 rpm).
